This is the real deal especially if you're from NYC and looking for delicious Italian pastries way north of "the city". Friendly and helpful service in a clean and fragrant atmosphere. Looked like plenty of street parking in front.
I highly doubt you can come here on a bad day and leave in the same condition. This place puts out epic pastries, cakes, and breads. Service is top notch super friendly staff and Mario the owner is a great guy. You can see the pride he takes in his goods. As you can see from the photos everything is spectacular. You open the door and take a deep breath and inhale all the delicious goodness ready for your enjoyment.
The cannolis and rolls are delicious. Friendly staff are patient and allow you to look if you're uncertain of what to order. Price range is decent and just nice environment overall.

Bella Napoli in Latham has crap, burnt stuff. Bella Napoli in Troy is the real one. This one has kind staff. Friendly attitudes - and it's bright! All the same baked goods are available. Good selection, good prices. Large select of just about every kind of dessert. Takeout only. On street parking. Every time I have gone there the service has been excellent. Tell them what you want, they put it in a box, and then tie a string around it. Prices are very reasonable. Low prices and good quality baked goods are not good for my diet.
